Products purchased in the shop will be accessible for 30 days after payment for download.

For subscribers the access to all products included in subscription will be available only when subscription is active and paid.

No refunds after a product is downloaded. 

In case of unintended purchase, refunds are given if a product is not downloaded and within 14 days after purchasing.

No refunds on subscription and customers can unsubscribe for the next month.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Send an email to info@lifeequality.dk with order number you want to return, and we will get back to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We collect information to provide a personalized experience:

• Account Info: Name and email for your waitlist and dashboard access.  

• Salary Data: Information you provide to Sally or the Dashboard for the purpose of modeling your negotiation.  

2. How We Use Your Data

• Personalization: To tailor Sally’s scripts to your industry and role.  

• Research: We may use anonymized, aggregated data to conduct research into the causes of the gender pay gap. This data will never be traceable to you.  

• No Employer Disclosure: We will never share your specific data or “Vault” contents with your employer or any third party without your explicit consent.  

3. AI Processing & Security

• Encryption: Your “Value Vault” is encrypted to ensure your sensitive data remains private.

• AI Guardrails: Sally is designed to process your data without utilizing it to train external, public AI models.

Data Security & “Value Vault” Encryption

To protect the user and the platform, LifeEquality employs the following:

• API Masking: All interactions between the user and the AI are processed through a secure server-side bridge. API keys and system prompts are never exposed to the client-side browser.

• Data Minimization: While Sally provides tailored advice, personally identifiable information (PII) is separated from the “Logic Processing” layer to ensure user privacy and system integrity.

• Rate Limiting: To prevent bulk data scraping, LifeEquality limits the frequency of interactions per user session.

4. No License to Compete

Access to the Sally AI Agent and the Value Tracker is granted solely for personal career development. Use of the service for market research to develop a competing product is a violation of these terms.
